This notice explains how AlphaPixels handles information collected through alphapixels.ca and our related inquiry, booking, and service processes.

When you contact us, request an audit, book a meeting, or use our services, we may collect your name, business contact details, company information, website, form responses, appointment details, and messages. Our website may also collect browser, device, referral, campaign, and interaction data through analytics and advertising technologies.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to requests, prepare and deliver meetings or services, route inquiries, prevent abuse, improve the website, measure marketing performance, and maintain business records. We do not sell personal information or contact lists.
Calls, email, and SMS
If you ask us to contact you, we may reply using the phone number or email you provide. Marketing text messages are optional and require a separate opt-in. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time; for SMS, reply STOP. Transactional messages about a request or booking may still be sent where permitted.
Service providers
We use service providers to host the website, manage customer relationships and bookings, deliver communications, secure forms, and measure advertising. These may include Vercel, Alphie AI and other CRM or booking providers, Google, and Meta. They process information under their own terms and privacy practices and may process data outside Manitoba or Canada.
Cookies and advertising measurement
Analytics and advertising tools may use cookies or similar identifiers to understand visits and attribute inquiries. Campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers may be stored so we can connect a request with the ad that led to it. Browser controls and applicable platform settings can limit some of this collection.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, dispute handling, and legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
