Jewellery growth library · For independent store owners and marketing teams.
Updated · Published by AlphaPixels, a Winnipeg-based agency serving Canada and the United States.
Quick answer: Choose a jewellery marketing agency around the problem your store needs to solve, not a league table. Compare relevant experience, account ownership, website compatibility and responsibility for turning enquiries into visits. The five providers below offer different combinations of marketing and technology; request a tailored scope before deciding.

How to read this shortlist
This guide is published by AlphaPixels, one of the agencies included. It is not an independent ranking, an endorsement of the other providers or an exhaustive directory. Providers appear alphabetically. We reviewed the official pages linked below on October 1, 2026, and summarised their publicly described services. We have not audited their delivery, verified their performance claims or compared private proposals.
Use the list to begin a conversation, not to skip due diligence. An agency with a strong website platform may solve a different problem from a team coordinating creative, advertising and showroom follow-up. Confirm current services, geographic availability, responsibilities and commercial terms directly with each provider.
Five providers and the questions worth asking
The descriptions below deliberately avoid ratings, client counts and revenue claims. Each reflects positioning on the provider’s own website. A service appearing on a website does not mean it is included in every engagement.
| Provider, alphabetically | Publicly described focus | Useful question for your call |
|---|---|---|
| AlphaPixels | Winnipeg-based jewellery marketing connecting search and AI visibility, advertising, creative and customer follow-up. | Who owns the handoff from a website enquiry to the store consultant? |
| Fruchtman Marketing | Jewellery-focused full-service marketing, including creative, media planning, paid search, SEO and website development. | How would you coordinate our brand, media and in-store priorities? |
| GemFind Digital Solutions | Jewellery websites and digital marketing, with Shopify and jewellery-commerce tools and integrations. | Which catalogue or point-of-sale connections fit our existing systems? |
| Lionsorbet | Shopify design, growth and support for jewellery, watches and luxury businesses. | What ongoing growth work is included alongside website support? |

Discuss a plan for my store →Give every agency the same business brief
Start with a business decision rather than a shopping list of channels. Perhaps bridal enquiries are plentiful but appointments rarely happen. Perhaps custom-design demand is strong, but the site does not explain the process. Perhaps the catalogue is difficult to maintain. These situations require different priorities even when each proposal mentions advertising and SEO.
Send the same short brief to each provider. Include real locations, priority categories, website platform, important integrations, staff availability and how you currently recognise a sale that began online. Explain which assets you already have and which your team can supply. This makes differences between proposals easier to interpret.
- Name the customer action you want to improve: useful enquiry, attended consultation, order or repeat purchase.
- Describe the current obstacle and the evidence behind it.
- Identify your internal decision-maker and the person handling incoming enquiries.
- Separate work you want an agency to own from work your team will retain.
Ask for evidence that matches your sales model
A polished advertisement demonstrates creative execution. It does not establish that a campaign produced profitable store sales. Ask a provider to explain a relevant example from initial customer action through to the recorded outcome, including what could not be attributed. An anonymised walkthrough can be useful when client confidentiality prevents sharing account details.
Listen for clear distinctions between enquiries, bookings, attendance and sales. Ask how duplicate enquiries, existing customers and returns affect reporting. For a store-led business, an ecommerce dashboard alone may miss much of the journey. For an online retailer, consultation counts may say little about completed orders.
Be cautious when a proposal treats AI visibility as a guaranteed placement. Google says its existing SEO fundamentals apply to its AI search features and that inclusion is not guaranteed. Ask what useful content, technical access and business-information improvements the work would actually produce.
Check what happens during ordinary working weeks
Ask who checks product accuracy, obtains creative approval, answers an urgent website issue and tells the showroom that a promotion has changed. A named owner for each responsibility is more useful than a long list of capabilities without an operating plan.
Document ownership and access before work starts. Include the domain, website, advertising accounts, analytics, creative files and customer records. Distinguish agency-managed access from assets your business controls. Ask what is exported or transferred if the relationship ends, especially when a proprietary website or catalogue system is involved.
Choose the proposal that best addresses your present constraint with responsibilities you understand. You do not need to replace every system or buy every channel at once. A credible partner should be able to explain what to preserve, what to test and what evidence would justify expanding the engagement.
Common questions
Is this an independent ranking of the best jewellery agencies?
No. AlphaPixels publishes this guide and is included in it. The alphabetical shortlist summarises official service descriptions to support your own comparison. It does not score providers or claim that one is best for every store.
Should I choose a jewellery specialist or a broader agency?
Look for an understanding of your actual sales process, product accuracy and technology. Jewellery experience can make onboarding easier, but relevant evidence, clear ownership and a workable plan matter more than the label alone.
Do I need to change my website to change agencies?
Not necessarily. Ask what can be improved on your existing platform and what limitations genuinely require a change. If a new platform is proposed, request a migration and ownership plan before committing.
